How intake works
Accession first. Ship second.
Level 2 Safety is typically 5–8 business days. Level 3 Complete includes USP ⟨71⟩ sterility and is not issued in fewer than 14 days after receipt. That is incubation, not an estimate. A PCR screen does not shorten Complete. Pay the invoice sent after intake. Do not ship until accession ID, vial count, invoice, and ship-to arrive.

Accession
We email an accession ID (BLL-YY-XXXXX), vial count, invoice, and ship-to address.

Ship
Ship only the stated vials to the address in the accession email. Mark the accession ID on the pack.

Certificate
You receive a PDF certificate. To resend one, email the accession ID to hello@bioluminlabs.com.
